• Candy Club candy is shipped out by the second week of each month
  
• New memberships will start on the date of purchase and each subsequent month will begin on the 1st of the next calendar month to the date of purchase i.e. if you purchase a membership on January 5th, your first Candy Club candy will be sent to you within the next 3-5 working days. Your next supply will be sent on February 1st, the next will be March 1st, etc.
  
• 6 month memberships will begin within the month of purchase and will last for the next 6 consecutive months. Months cannot be swapped or exchanged. Membership start dates cannot be specified or requested.
  
• Candy Club memberships are final and cannot be exchanged, stopped or refunded.
