Shipping
What are your shipping rates?
Can I get Overnight shipping everyday of the week?
- There are two options for overnight delivery, Standard and Saturday.
Standard Overnight is available Monday – Friday as long as the order is placed before 1pm EST. Due to UPS operations overnight orders that are placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders you wish to be delivered on Saturday must be placed before 1pm EST. on Friday. There is an additional charge for this premium service. Please see our Shipping Information section for these rates.
Is Overnight and 2nd Day delivery available?
- Overnight and 2nd Day delivery is not only available, but encouraged. Dylan's Candy Bar prides itself on the highest quality of product. Therefore the faster we can get it to you, the fresher it is.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
- Of course, sweets are meant to be shared!! When you checkout on the same page that request your billing information, check the box for ship to multiple addresses.
Does Dylan's Candy Bar ship internationally?
- No, unfortunately Dylan's Candy Bar does not ship internationally at this time.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation when my order ships?
- Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships from UPS that includes your tracking number and a link to UPS to track the progress of your shipment.
If you created an account with Dylan's Candy Bar during checkout, you can also check your order and shipping information by logging into your account.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 24 to 48 hours, please feel free to call our customer service department at 1-866-939-5267 or email us at customerservice@dylanscandybar.com and we will be happy to research your tracking and shipping information.

Do you have a warm weather shipping policy?
- Yes - To assure that your chocolate arrives without melting, all shipments between May and September containing chocolate require overnight or 2nd day shipping (additional fees apply).
This policy may also be necessary during other times of the year. Depending on the states/areas in which the chocolates are being shipped to, we may contact you to arrange for overnight or 2nd day shipping (additional shipping costs will apply).

- What does 'Buy any 3 Bulk Containers, get 1 free Gummy Container of your choice!' mean?
- All of our bulk items come in either a Dylan's Candy Bar paint can or mini bin and when you order 3 bulk items (Chocolate, Gummy, and Signature Mixes), you get one gummy bulk item FREE.
- Are all Dylan's Candy Bar products online?
- Dylan's Candy Bar has over 5000 items to choose from, but we only have room for a portion of our products online.

- Can Dylan's Candy Bar do custom gift baskets or products?
- Yes! Our gifting department handles all standard and custom orders. If you have a specific product in mind, they can help you put together as much or as little as you need. Stuck and need ideas? - Can Dylan's Candy Bar personalize something for me?
- Yes. Dylan's Candy Bar has a wide variety of items that can be personalized to say anything! However, please keep in mind that once approved, personalized products do take more time to produce and is not returnable or exchangeable.

We have two different gift cards available. Our Standard Gift Card comes complete with a recipient card or for $2.75 more you can order a Deluxe Gift Card which comes in a gift box and includes your choice of one of our signature Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate or Cookies & Cream bars.

- Does Dylan's Candy Bar have candy for someone with peanut allergies?
- Most of our candies are produced in plants that work with peanuts and nuts, so traces may be found in any of our candies. Dylan’s Candy Bar now offers the Divvies Brand online. Divvies mission is to provide fun foods that are as safe as possible, so all of their products are free of peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and milk.

- Yes, we do carry candy that is manufactured in kosher certified factories. You may run a search using the term "kosher" to find these items, or simply browse our site and those items that are kosher will list as such with the product description. - Does Dylan's Candy Bar sell sugar-free candy?
- Yes, we do offer sugar-free candy. You can browse our sugar free section or simply do a search on our site using the words "sugar free" and available items will appear. Payment
- Can I use a gift card online?
- Yes! Gift Cards are redeemable for retail merchandise at any Dylan's Candy Bar Store location, by phoning Internet Customer Service at 1-866-939-5267, or online.
- What type of payment does your website take?
- Dylan's Candy Bar accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, ATM cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo and Gift Cards.
- When will my credit card be charged?
- Your card will be charged only when your order is ready to ship. If for some reason there is a problem with your order, we will not charge your card until the issue has been resolved.
Returns & Exchanges
- Can I return or exchange merchandise to one of your store locations?
- Yes, you may return or exchange your purchase to one of our store locations. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase (order confirmation, packing slip or receipt) is required for reimbursement of the full purchase, minus shipping costs.
- Can I return something that I purchased on your website?
- Yes. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our product. We will gladly accept unopened product that is in pre-sold condition within 30 days of receipt. We will return the product purchase amount in the manner in which you paid. However, there are a few exceptions and conditions. We can not return bulk candy, personalized product or custom orders. Apparel must have the original tags still attached and be unworn. When shipping back, please enclose a copy of the packing slip and circle the item(s) you are returning with any notes we would need to know, i.e. shirt arrived with stain; lollipop arrived broken; etc. This way we can promptly process your return, or reship any damaged merchandise. - What if something arrives damaged?
- We do recognize that sometimes products get damaged en route. We request that you call our customer service line at 1-866-939-5267 immediately so we can work out a solution to re-ship you the product. Shipping charges will be worked out on a case by case basis, and in most cases Dylan's will cover the return cost of shipping and not charge you for the shipping back.
- Will I be refunded for the shipping charges on return or exchange?
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns/exchanges. Please use a responsible carrier for your return, one that can provide you a tracking number. Dylan's Candy Bar is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Misc
- Can Dylan's Candy Bar make a donation to my charity or event?
- As much as we would like to honor all donation requests, Dylan's Candy Bar receives far more requests for donations than we can support annually. As a result, we have organizations we currently support but do not accept solicitations for additional donations. We wish you the best with your fundraising efforts!
- Do you offer Dylan's Candy Bar products via wholesale?

- Does Dylan's Candy Bar offer wedding or party favors?

Placing An Order
- Can I create an account when I place my order?
- Yes, you will have the option to create an account when you place your order. We advise that you do this in order to easily access and track your order history and update information. If you require assistance setting up an account during checkout, please phone us at 1-866-939-5267, and we will help you through the process. Note: Once orders are placed, you can not create an account associated with that order.
- Does the invoice sent with my package include prices or credit card information?
- We include a general packing slip with each order which includes the order number, shipping address, bill to address, your gift message (when applicable), and the items you ordered. It does not include prices (to include product and shipping costs), and credit card number or information.
- Where will my gift message appear when I receive my order?
- The gift message will appear on the packing slip that will be placed in the box your order will arrive in.
- I'm not comfortable with putting my credit card number on a web page. How can I purchase Dylan's Candy Bar products?
- Our website has the latest encryption technology. If you still have reservations, we will be glad to take your order over the phone at 1-866-939-5267 .
