I received my Umbrella and the first time I used it, I pulled on the little snap tab and it came right off. I contacted Dylan's Support and they sent me a new one, no problems. They were amazing and so helpful! My Second Umbrella is perfect and I love it :) I get so m any compliments on it! I especially love that it's clear, so when it's raining on an angle, I put the umbrella on an angle and see right through it.
