Wendy’s dress combines a pink top, with short puffed sleeves, and a full, signature striped Dylan’s Candy Bar skirt. The Dylan’s Candy Bar logo is printed in the center of the top and a purple ribbon encircles her waist. A pink tulle petticoat, short pink pantaloons, white socks, pink patent leather Mary Jane’s and a multi-colored crown on her head completes the Candy Queen’s sweet look.
