Returns and Exchanges
We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If there is a problem with your order we will gladly accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of receipt, with the following exceptions and conditions:
- We cannot return bulk candy, personalized product or custom orders.
- Apparel must have the original tags still attached and must be unworn.
We do recognize that sometimes product gets damaged en route. If this happens, we request that you call our customer service line at 1-866-9-DYLANS immediately.
How to complete a return or exchange:
- Included with your order is a return/exchange form. Please fill out the form side and enclose a copy of your packing slip. Indicate the product name, item number and reason for your exchange/return. Please note, original order shipping costs are not refundable or transferable.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns/exchanges. Please use a responsible carrier for your return, one that can provide you with a tracking number. Dylan's Candy Bar is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
For your convenience, online purchases may be returned to any Dylan's Candy Bar store for immediate credit. Proof of purchase (order confirmation, packing slip or receipt) is required for reimbursement of the full purchase, minus shipping.
We will return the product purchase amount in the manner in which you paid.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive and process your return or exchange.
