Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • powdered sugar, for rolling
  • Dylan’s Candy Bar Vanilla Snickerdoodle Spread
  • 2 salted sticks butter, softened

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixer, beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix. Add dry ingredients. Mix.

    Scoop dough out one tablespoon at a time and flatten until you have a small round. Drop a spoonful of Dylan’s Candy Bar Vanilla Snickerdoodle Spread in the center of each round of dough. Cover with another round of dough. Pinch the top and bottom rounds of dough together to seal.

    Roll each cookie in powdered sugar before placing on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool.
