SHIPPING INFORMATION

DYLAN'S CANDY BAR SHIPS YEAR-ROUND VIA UPS, WITH SEVERAL OPTIONS: 

With our Standard Shipping option, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday each week. Orders usually arrive within 1-7 business days to most U.S. locations. Standard Shipping is available to locations within the continental U.S. and is free with any order of $50+.
 
Need it faster? For expedited orders, we offer Two Day and Overnight shipping options, which will be shipped Monday through Friday each week. 1-2 business days of processing time will still apply once an order is place and is in addition to transit time.

Kindly note transit days are considered Monday-Friday and exclude weekends & holidays.

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be required to utilize expedited Air Shipping services, and therefore will not qualify for free shipping.

We currently only ship within the U.S.   

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING 

During the warmer months of May-September, your order will be built with insulated packaging and ice packs at no extra charge, regardless of how many ice packs are needed to keep your treats cool. There is a standard processing time of at least 1-2 business days on all orders.

Though we take great care in packing our candy for warm weather, we do not ship on Fridays to avoid melting over the weekend. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be processed promptly but will not ship until the following week.  

If you have received melted product, please let us know! Take a picture and contact customer service within 24 hours of UPS delivering the package. Customer service can be reached at  customerservice@dylanscandybar.com.

SEVERE WEATHER DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of all shipments, Dylan’s Candy Bar is not responsible for delivery delays, damages or non-delivery caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, natural disasters or other acts of god.

P.O. BOXES

Due to the perishable nature of our sweet treats, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided at checkout, your order will be put on hold while one of our customer service representatives reaches out to you for a physical street address.
