What is the lead time for a personalized order once placed?
There is an estimated processing time before shipment of 7-10 business days not including weekends or holidays.
What if I need assistance placing my order?

Can I upgrade my order?
Although expedite shipping is an option at check out, please note we cannot guarantee expediting the 7-10 business day processing time before shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
Your Magic Candy Factory order is made specifically for you to your specifications. Accordingly, no changes, cancellations, or returns will be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
If I have both non personalized items and personalized items, will they ship together and if not will I be charged for shipping twice?
Please note that Magic Candy Factory items and non personalized items will be treated as separate orders and both will be charged shipping once shipped.
Can my order be picked up?
Magic Candy Factory orders placed on our website cannot be picked up. If you prefer pick up, we suggest going to one of our store locations to inquire.
Can I order internationally?
Unfortunately at this time Magic Candy Factory orders are only shipped within the US.
What freight company do you use to ship personalized orders?
We use UPS to ship Magic Candy Factory orders. For more shipping details, please visit our Shipping Information page.
Can I place a Magic Candy Factory order using a gift card?
Unfortunately, at this time we only accept major credit cards for payment for online orders.
Can I use Trademarked material in my design?
Unfortunately no, please use only content you own and/or have the rights to. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information on Trademarked material.
Can I apply a promo code to a Magic Candy Factory item?
Unfortunately, promo code offers do not apply to personalized orders.
