DYLAN'S CANDY BAR SHIPS YEAR-ROUND VIA UPS, WITH SEVERAL OPTIONS:

With our Ground Shipping option, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days to most U.S. locations. Ground Shipping is available to locations within the continental U.S. and is free with any order of $40+.

Need it faster? For expedited orders, we offer Two Day and Overnight shipping options. 1-2 business days of processing time will still apply.

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be required to utilize expedited Air Shipping services, and therefore will not qualify for free shipping.

We currently only ship within the U.S. 


    SEVERE WEATHER DELAYS

    While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of all shipments, Dylan’s Candy Bar is not responsible for delivery delays, damages or non-delivery caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, natural disasters or other acts of god.

      DON’T LET IT MELT! WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

      We LOVE chocolate and candy at Dylan’s Candy Bar – however, both are extremely heat sensitive. Though we do take great care in packing our candy with insulation and ice packs during warm weather, we suggest Two Day or Overnight shipping for select heat sensitive items. Certain items must be shipped utilizing ice packs and cooler bags. If one or more items in your order fall into this category, a cooler bag and ice pack will be added to your order at an additional cost.

      If you have received melted product, you are required to take a picture and contact customer service within 24 hours of UPS delivering the package. Customer service can be reached at customerservice@dylanscandybar.com or 866.939.5267.


        P.O. BOXES

        Due to the perishable nature of our sweet treats, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided at checkout, your order will be put on hold while one of our customer service representatives reaches out to you for a physical street address.
