Q: Do I need a physical card to earn and redeem points?
A: No. Both in store and online you can provide your phone number, email or full name.
Q: How can I get a replacement card?

Q: How can I join Sweet Rewards?
A: You can join at any Dylan’s Candy Bar store at the checkout counter or online. Click here to sign up!
Q: How much does it cost to join Sweet Rewards?
A: Membership is free.
Q: Why does Sweet Rewards require my date of birth to join the program?
A: To receive your in-store birthday offer, of course!
Q: Why does Sweet Rewards require my home address?
A: We’d love to send you your Sweet Rewards membership cards as you advance to higher tiers.
Q: Where can I find out how many points I have?
A: Review your points online with our balance checker.Click here.
Q: When do points get posted to my balance Sweet Rewards account?
A: In most cases, points will be posted to your account within 2 weeks after your purchase.
Q: If I have more than one balance Sweet Rewards account, can I transfer points between them?
Q: Can I link my family's balance Sweet Rewards accounts?
A: No, you cannot transfer points between accounts.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Q: Do I need a Sweet Rewards membership to get sale prices at Dylan’s Candy Bar?
A: As of April 27th, 2015, you will need to be a Sweet Rewards member to take advantage of special sale prices at Dylan’s Candy Bar stores. The regular price and Sweet Rewards price will both be noted on the product tag.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: You earn points every time you make a qualifying purchase using your Sweet Rewards card at any Dylan’s Candy Bar Store or online. Every dollar spent in-store or online will earn you one point towards your sweet rewards balance. If you forget your card, you can provide your phone number, full name or email address in store or online at the register. You can earn bonus points on a variety of items across stores and online each week, subject to change. Due to state and federal laws, points cannot be earned on some items.
Q: What do my points mean?
A: Your points determine your Tier placement, which makes you eligible for a variety of in-store and online benefits as a reward for your customer loyalty.
Q: Can I earn points for online purchases at DylansCandyBar.com.com?
Q: Are there items that cannot be purchased to earn or redeem Sweet Rewards points?
A: Points cannot be earned on purchases of café items, alcoholic drinks and gift cards.
Q: Are there Dylan’s Candy Bar locations that do not participate?

Q: Can I combine Sweet Rewards in-store offers with other discounts and coupons?
A: Yes, you may use Sweet Rewards offers along with other discounts or promotions.
Q: Do my points expire?
A: No, your points will not expire. However, if your purchases for the calendar year do not qualify you to advance or remain in your current Tier you will be placed in your previous Tier.
Q: Can I give my points away?
A: No. Points must be redeemed by the account holder(s).
Q: Can I use points as cash towards my purchases?
A: No. Points are currently non-redeemable by the account holder(s).
Q: What are the terms of my birthday offer and how do I receive it?
A: Visit a participating Dylan’s Candy Bar store and have a valid photo ID ready that displays your birthday. Offer valid three days before, the day of, and three days after your birthday.
Q: How do I claim my free beverage or ice cream?
A: Visit a participating Dylan’s Candy Bar store and present your last Tier Advancement email at the time of your purchase.
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Points are currently non-redeemable. Your points determine your Tier placement, which makes you eligible for a variety of in-store and online benefits as a reward for your customer loyalty.
Q: Is there a maximum amount of points that can be redeemed in one order?
Q: Can I use my new membership right away?
A: Yes, your account is immediately active for use so you can get great savings and earn points right away. Upon activation you will be rewarded 25 points in addition to your purchased points.
*Points and account balance adjustments are updated bi-weekly. Tier placement is lucrative and updated on a monthly basis. Individuals eligible for the next Tier will advance after they have attained the required point value and remain in that Tier until December 31st of the following year. Individuals who no longer qualify for their current Tier after one year will be moved to the Tier below until the designated time to progress again. Must be logged-in to Sweet Rewards customer account to receive online benefits. Shipping is ground only and at the discretion of Dylan’s Candy Bar. Birthday offers may vary per location.
