SHIPPING INFORMATION

DYLAN'S CANDY BAR SHIPS YEAR-ROUND VIA UPS, WITH SEVERAL OPTIONS: 

All orders have a standard processing time of at least 1-2 business days. This includes orders that are shipped UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air. Cotton Candy Cakes ship from Canada and can stay in transit for up to 2 weeks. Standard Shipping is available for locations within the continental U.S. and is free with any $50+ order. 

 

Kindly note that transit days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends & holidays. 

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be required to utilize expedited air shipping services, and therefore will not qualify for free shipping. We currently only ship within the U.S.   

 

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING 

During the summer shipping season (May-Sept.), orders are only shipped Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays. Although we take great care in packing our candy for warm weather, we do not ship on Fridays to avoid the possibility of melting over the weekend. Kindly note that orders are only shipped on Thursdays if they consist of 1-day UPS transit points or are UPS Next Day Air shipments. Transit days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends & holidays.  

 

Your warm-weather order will include insulated packaging and ice packs. Kindly note that there is a $5 additional charge for our Warm Weather Shipping Bundle, regardless of how many ice packs are needed to keep your treats cool. 
 

If you have received melted product, please let us know! Take a picture and contact customer service within 24 hours of UPS delivering the package. Customer service can be reached at customerservice@dylanscandybar.com. 

SEVERE WEATHER DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of all shipments, Dylan’s Candy Bar is not responsible for delivery delays, damages, or non-delivery caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of God. 

P.O. BOXES

Due to the perishable nature of our sweet treats, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided at checkout, your order will be put on hold while one of our customer service representatives reaches out to you for a physical street address.
