SHIPPING INFORMATION

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING 

During the warmer months of May-September, your order will be built with insulated packaging and ice packs at no extra charge, regardless of how many ice packs are needed to keep your treats cool.

Orders placed with Standard, Priority or 2nd Day Air shipping methods will only be shipped Monday-Wednesday between May 1st and September 30th. Overnight Orders will Ship Monday-Thursday. During these months, no orders are shipped on Fridays regardless of chosen shipping method.

Orders placed between Thursday-Sunday will be processed immediately, but will not be packed and shipped out until the following Monday.

Though we take great care in packaging your order to withstand heat and humidity, if you have received melted product, please let us know! Take a picture and contact customer service within 24 hours of UPS delivering the package. Customer service can be reached at customerservice@dylanscandybar.com.

DYLAN'S CANDY BAR SHIPS YEAR-ROUND VIA UPS, WITH SEVERAL OPTIONS: 

With our Standard Shipping option, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped Monday through Wednesday each week. Orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days to most U.S. locations. Standard Shipping is available to locations within the continental U.S. and is free with any order of $50+.
 
Need it faster? For expedited orders, we offer Two Day and Overnight shipping options, which will be shipped Monday through Thursday each week. 1-2 business days of processing time will still apply.

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be required to utilize expedited Air Shipping services, and therefore do not qualify for free shipping.

We currently only ship within the U.S.   

SEVERE WEATHER DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of all shipments, Dylan’s Candy Bar is not responsible for delivery delays, damages or non-delivery caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, natural disasters or other acts of god.

P.O. BOXES

Due to the perishable nature of our sweet treats, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided at checkout, your order will be put on hold while one of our customer service representatives reaches out to you for a physical street address.
