Handful of raspberries
½ oz. Supercassis Liqueur
½ oz. St-Germain
1 oz. of Raspberry Vodka
½ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup ice
Silver or gold gumballs
Bamboo garnish sticks
Muddle a handful of raspberries and pour into shaker.
Pour a little bit of ice and the Supercassis, St-Germain and Raspberry Vodka into cocktail shaker.
Add squeezed lemon juice, followed by simple syrup to shaker.
Give it a good shake and then strain liquid into flute glasses.
Top off with Prosecco.
Decorate with a gumball on the rim and a sour belt garnish and toast to the New Year!
