If You’d Rather Be On A Beach: Cachaca Cotton Candy Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz. Cachaça or White Rum
  • 1 oz. Apple Jack
  • .75oz lime juice
  • .75oz simple syrup
  • Cotton Candy
  • Rock candy stick
  • Sugar (for rim)

    STEPS:

    1. Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with a handful of ice.
    2. Use a lemon or lime wedge to wet the rim for your glass, then roll gently in sugar to make a rim.
    3. Fill martini glass with a fluffy cloud of cotton candy (blue or pink)
    4. Pour your shaker over the cotton candy, straining out the ice.
    5. Garnish with rock candy and enjoy!

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 5 oz. Vodka
    • .5 oz. Triple Sec
    • 5 oz. Cranberry Juice
    • 1 tsp. Lime Juice
    • Cotton Candy
    • Orange Twist

      STEPS:

      1. Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with a handful of ice.
      2. Fill martini glass with a fluffy cloud of cotton candy (blue or pink)
      3. Pour your shaker over the cotton candy, straining out the ice.
      4. Garnish your cotton candy cosmo with an orange twist.



      If You Got All Done Up For A Zoom Date: Cotton Candy French 75

      INGREDIENTS:

      • 1 oz. Gin
      • 3 oz. Sparkling Wine
      • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
      • Cotton Candy
      • Lemon Twist

        STEPS:

        1. Combine gin and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker and shake with a handful of ice.

        2. Pour gin mixture into a champagne flute, straining out the ice.
        3. Add cotton candy (blue or pink) to the flute so it “floats” above the gin mixture without touching it.
        4. Top the cocktail with sparkling wine so the cotton candy dissolves.
        5. Garnish with lemon twist.
